Callie completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2016 as a student of Mindy Searcey's program and is currently pursuing her 300 hour certification to become a RYT500. She loves many styles of yoga, including yin, vinyasa, aerial, restorative and more. She has been practicing for 9 years, and found yoga while looking to help with anxiety and depression, and fell in love with it after the very first class. She loves to share the practice and knowledge with everybody and believes yoga should be accessible to anyone who wants to practice. She loves spending time with her husband and 2 senior pups, and being outdoors in nature is one of her favorite pastimes.
