Grace

Grace recently completed her RYT200 under the instruction of Mindy Searcey of NGYC. She has found yoga to bring a sense of peace, a sense of surrender, and an authentic sense of presence with both herself and God. She finds it soul-filling to help others build confidence through poses and her hope is to provide a sacred space to deepen the relationship between mind, body and spirit. Overall, Grace has found yoga to bring a deep innate sense of joy to her own life, and ease of mind. She considers this a gift, and she feels blessed to be able to share it with others.


Grace will be teaching a Gentle Vinyasa Flow class on Saturday mornings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her friends and her BoxerBulldog.
