Jeanette’s athletic background led her to Pilates to compliment her cardio and strength training. She is PhysicalMind Institute certified (200 hours) in both Pilates mat and apparatus and has been teaching for over 15 years. Always interested in different forms of physical activity, she began practicing yoga, which led her to incorporate Yoga moves into her Pilates classes. An energetic and enthusiastic instructor, her main goal is to keep you healthy and safe during your workout.
She holds additional certifications in Yoga, Barre and Active Aging. When she is not teaching Pilates or Yoga, you will find her on her paddleboard on the lake (and yes she does yoga on the paddle board as well!)
